Pam Post

Director

Pam began teaching at Chelten Child Development Center in 1995. In 2003, she moved into the role of assistant director and was instrumental in establishing Camp Jubilee. After receiving her Director's Certificate from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2008, Pam's roles have continuously expanded. In 2012, she became the director, where she spends much of her time providing leadership and vision for the school and works closely with our administrative team to support the mission of the school.

Lauren Shaw
Classroom development coordinator

Lauren began teaching at Chelten Child Development in 2010. In 2022, she was instrumental in developing and implementing our staff mentoring program. In 2023, Lauren transitioned into the role of Classroom Development Coordinator, a role that allows her to mentor staff, develop curriculum, and provide support in all of our classrooms.

student services coordinator

Brianna began teaching at Chelten Child Development Center in 2024. In 2025 she transitioned into the role of Student Services Coordinator. In this role she is responsible for supporting students and families in an on-going basis, with particular emphasis on those with special needs. Brianna also oversees the registration process, including pre-enrollment tours and student placement, as well as developing and implementing organization systems.
